Ensuring kitchen and utensil sanitation and organization We are hiring an Industrial Cook to work in a hospital setting, responsible for meal preparation following strict standards of quality, hygiene, and specific dietary requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to menus developed by the nutrition team; * Follow hospital diets (soft, pureed, liquid, restricted, etc.); * Monitor cooking time, temperature, and food preparation standards; * Perform pre-preparation, portioning, and final meal preparation; * Ensure kitchen and utensil sanitation and organization; * Strictly comply with food safety regulations and good practices; * Assist in inventory control and proper storage of supplies. **Requirements:** * Experience as a cook, preferably in industrial or hospital kitchens; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility. * 12x36 shift from 06:00 to 18:00 Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.156,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
