Verify medical records, forms, authorizations, and required documentation for submission to health plans. Issue and organize TISS forms according to health plan operator requirements. Analyze and handle technical and administrative claim denials. File appeals for claim denials with health plan operators. Monitor deadlines for submission, resubmission, and payment. Verify fee schedules (CBHPM, AMB, Brasíndice, SIMPRO – as applicable). Support control and closing of billing batches. Maintain tracking of pending items and monitoring reports. Ensure compliance with ANS regulations and contractual health plan rules. Position located in São Gonçalo / RJ. Previous experience as Hospital Collections Assistant, Medical Billing Assistant, Health Billing Analyst, or Hospital Billing Coordinator may indicate suitability for some activities of this role. High school diploma required.
