The role requires an advisory and analytical approach to identify viable and effective credit recovery solutions, aligning creditor interests with debtor capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Negotiate high-value bank debts via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Conduct detailed client assessments to gather relevant information for defining optimal negotiation strategies; * Request minimum negotiation thresholds from the responsible manager, submitting case summaries and negotiation history; * Analyze information related to credit instruments, asset reports, and internal creditor requirements using available systems; * Request procedural acceleration from the responsible attorney, suggesting legally viable measures appropriate to the current stage of litigation, with emphasis on facilitating negotiation; * Participate in negotiation events via videoconference or in person, including “on-site” visits to clients throughout the operational state; * Conduct asset searches and gather information from public sources and specialized websites; * Strategically manage litigated portfolios with values above R$ 200\.000,00 (claim amount). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proactivity and dynamism; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Results-oriented; * Regular attendance and punctuality; * Verbal fluency and excellent argumentation skills; * Experience in judicial debt collection; * Experience managing litigated portfolios with substantial values (above R$ 200\.000,00\); * Basic knowledge of law applicable to key actions in this field (monitory action, collection action, enforcement action). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with high-value clients; * Ability to perform under pressure and conduct sensitive negotiations with professional and strategic composure.
