Maintenance and Administrative Support **Job Description** We are looking for a proactive and responsible professional to join our gate and property security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring order, access control, and basic maintenance of the company’s common areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Duties include, but are not limited to: * **Access Control:** Identify, register, grant or deny entry to people, vehicles, and objects, and conduct inspections when necessary. * **Security and Surveillance:** Safeguard company assets, monitor internal CCTV systems, and continuously supervise movement at the gate and surrounding areas. * **Operational Management:** Manage shift schedules, record incidents in the official logbook, and control key circulation (key register). * **Customer Service:** Receive and assist visitors and service providers, and handle incoming phone calls. * **Maintenance and Custodial Care:** Maintain and clean the courtyard, and turn common-area lights on/off as required. * **Administrative and Logistical Support:** Receive mail, assist with kitchen/cafeteria tasks, and provide administrative support as needed. * **Compliance:** Strictly adhere to all policies, directives, and instructions issued by management. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in gate services or security. * Basic knowledge of camera monitoring systems. * Organized, attentive, and possessing strong communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts (specify if 12x36 or other).
