Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS Job Description* Coordinate and guide activities within the Administrative area, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Tax, and Personnel Administration. * Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and prepare “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Ensure timely submission of documents for accounting closing, in accordance with company standards. * Ensure third-party companies comply with applicable legislation (labor, health surveillance, tax, etc.) through review of specific documentation, and monitor contract expiration dates and value(s). * Ensure the accounting office fulfills its ancillary obligations (tax, labor, accounting) in compliance with current legislation. * Analyze trial balances and management reports to identify potential inconsistencies and take appropriate actions. * Prepare and manage the monthly cash flow to plan and allocate the company’s financial resources effectively. * Participate in budget preparation alongside the supervisor, and monitor Actual vs. Budget performance. * Analyze lists of delinquent customers and report findings to the immediate supervisor and peers via meetings and minutes. * Perform deposit controls for Provision Funds (13th Salary / PPR / Reserve Fund). * Participate in AGM/EGM and investor board meetings. * Attend to investors and property owners, providing information and clarifying various questions regarding properties, in the absence of the immediate supervisor. * Prepare relevant reports and statements for the department. * Coordinate the team under responsibility, including selection, training, performance evaluation, and motivation enhancement. * Carry out other related duties as required by the department. Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Knowledge of processes and legislation specific to functional areas (accounting/tax, finance, labor). * Proficiency in Excel
