In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing student entry and exit flows, supporting daily school routines, and guiding positive school community interaction. You must be proactive, organized, resilient, courteous, skilled at communicating and relating effectively with both young people and adults, and able to thrive in the dynamic environment of a school. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **What you’ll do:** * Receive and register students, parents/guardians, and visitors upon entry and exit, ensuring access control and safety across the school environment; * Promote positive interaction and harmony among all members of the school community, intervening as needed to resolve conflicts and foster a constructive atmosphere; * Organize and supervise various school areas, ensuring facilities remain well-maintained, orderly, and conducive to learning; * Collaborate with other school departments to ensure coordinated communication and action in support of educational and administrative operations; * Carry out additional tasks of similar nature and complexity, as required by school needs and under leadership guidance; * Uphold and implement the school’s values, policies, and procedures, fostering alignment with organizational culture; * Prioritize student safety and well-being, taking appropriate measures to maintain a risk-free and hazard-free environment; * Support and monitor students and external partners participating in extracurricular activities, ensuring all activities comply with established safety and behavioral standards; * Plan, execute, and manage logistics for school events, including those held on select instructional Saturdays. *While we strive to include all key responsibilities and duties associated with this position, certain relevant tasks may not be explicitly listed.
