Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR-35, NR-18, NR-06) **Job Description** **Job Description** **Oliveira Industrial Rope Access** is seeking a **Technical Supervisor with a background in Building Construction** to supervise technical and high-rise building maintenance services, with emphasis on planning, team leadership, and operational quality. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring service productivity and quality; * Prepare **execution schedules** and **monthly technical reports**, including performance indicator tracking; * Control measurements, work orders, photographic records, and daily field reports; * Support material and tool planning, as well as PPE control; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-35, NR\-18, NR\-06 and related standards); * Conduct field inspections and report incidents to the technical management; * Represent the company at client operational and technical meetings. **Requirements** * Completed **Technical Course in Building Construction**; * Prior experience as Construction Site Supervisor, Technical Supervisor, or similar role; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**; * Knowledge of **preparing execution schedules and monthly technical reports**; * Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings; * Familiarity with measurement practices, quality control, and occupational safety; * Experience in building maintenance, façade work, or civil construction is desirable; * Advantage: knowledge of **rope access techniques** (NR\-35, IRATA, etc.). **Desired Profile** A professional with strong technical and organizational vision, results-oriented, possessing good communication skills and leadership capability.
