Collaboration with security teams in incident analysis **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for monitoring and controlling images captured by security cameras to ensure surveillance and security of the monitored environment, and for recording and reporting incidents according to established procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor, in real time, images captured by CCTV cameras installed at strategic locations. * Identify and report suspicious activities or abnormal occurrences. * Ensure all camera systems and related devices remain operational. * Record relevant events or security incidents in the logging and reporting system. * Maintain image quality and ensure all cameras are properly adjusted. * Proactively identify potential system failures and collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage recordings and store video files according to standards and procedures. * Provide support and detailed information to security departments or law enforcement in case of incidents. * Collaborate with the security team in incident analysis and investigation of occurrences. * Maintain constant communication with other operators or supervisors regarding the monitored situation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (technical training in security or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience operating CCTV systems or in security-related roles. * Knowledge of security camera systems, recording technologies, and dedicated monitoring software. * Ability to identify risk situations and take prompt action. * Attention to detail, sustained vigilance, and ability to work under pressure. * Good communication skills and ability to report information clearly and objectively. * Basic computer literacy.
