Proactivity and dynamism in seeking solutions **JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide customer service to electricity utility customers, identify their needs, clarify doubts, and resolve issues. Identify customer complaints, implement prompt and efficient solutions, and ensure customer safety and credibility. Consistently seek the best possible solution for customers within the company's established regulations and procedures. Meet stipulated deadlines for issue resolution and functional operational indicators. Perform other related duties. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** Completed high school education; Certificate of Military Service Exemption (for male candidates); strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team; capacity to acquire new knowledge quickly; proactivity and dynamism. **PRIMARY SERVICE LOCATION:** Campo Grande/RJ **Travel to Central do Brasil is required during the training period.** **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8 hours/day with a 1-hour break (Monday to Friday and some Saturdays) **BENEFITS** Salary: BRL 1568.00 gross per month * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance OR food allowance; * Health insurance plan (optional \- monthly premium covered by the company); * Dental insurance plan (optional); * Group life insurance; * Discounts and partnerships with educational institutions, language schools, and SESC; Formal employment contract (CLT), including all statutory labor rights, vacation, 13th salary, and FGTS.
