MI Electric Brasil, a leading company in electrical engineering and energy solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to work at its Curicica base in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
This professional will be responsible for receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability of movements, and compliance with internal processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Control the entry and exit of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate recording of movements;
* Receive and inspect materials for quantity, specification, and integrity, verifying compliance with invoices, purchase orders, and other documents;
* Organize inventory, applying best practices in storage, identification, location assignment, and preservation;
* Pick, verify, package, and make available materials, tools, and equipment destined for projects;
* Support planning and execution of logistics for shipping and returning equipment and materials for projects;
* Arrange and monitor transportation, pickups, and deliveries, maintaining interface with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments;
* Monitor deadlines and status of logistics movements, proactively addressing potential delays or deviations;
* Ensure documentation and traceability of materials and equipment shipped to projects, including records, protocols, and delivery confirmations;
* Control the return of materials, tools, and equipment, verifying quantities, condition, and possible damages;
* Conduct periodic and cycle inventories, identifying, recording, and supporting resolution of discrepancies;
* Record and monitor material movements in ERP or WMS systems;
* Issue and verify fiscal and operational documents, including electronic invoices, shipments, returns, and transfers;
* Monitor inventory levels, supporting replenishment planning and preventing stockouts or overstocking;
* Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, project fulfillment, and on-time delivery performance;
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring physical, fiscal, and documentary traceability;
* Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse according to quality, safety, and 5S standards.
**Desired Experience:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical or undergraduate degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Administration, Materials Management, or related fields;
* Experience in warehouse routines, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials;
* Knowledge of inventory control and conducting inventories;
* Experience in logistics of materials and equipment for project support;
* Knowledge of issuing and verifying fiscal documents;
* Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Organization, attention to detail, planning ability, and good communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Warehouse Management training course;
* Experience with inventory KPIs;
* Knowledge of organization and quality practices, such as the 5S program;
* Experience in companies within the electrical, automation, or industrial sectors.
