Description: Main Activities * Conducting the Recruitment and Implementation process, with support from the Nurse; * Familiarity with the OPS Portal and related routines; * In-depth knowledge of contracts with each health plan operator; * Monitoring the Nursing Staff Schedule / PAD; * Pharmacy requisitions; * Portfolio monitoring; * Monitoring and proposing action plans based on performance indicators; Mandatory Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Desirable); * Experience in Home Care; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
