Our goal is to drive a performance- and results-oriented culture. **Who We Are Looking For?** Someone who will work on the development and evolution of applications, actively contribute to technical decisions, implement features, and continuously improve the codebase. We seek a critical thinker with autonomy and strong problem-solving skills — someone who enjoys building robust solutions, collaborating with the team, and driving quality and performance of our products. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain features in medium- and high-impact systems, ensuring code quality, performance, and security. * Actively participate in technical reviews, propose architectural improvements, and collaborate on evolving internal standards.
