




Job Summary: The professional will conduct in-person and online customer service, present courses, clarify doubts, follow up on leads, and support sales closure and commercial campaigns. Commercial, proactive, and organized profile Main Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person, telephone, and online (WhatsApp and social media) customer service; * Present courses, clarify doubts, and guide students regarding enrollment; * Follow up on leads and perform follow\-up with interested prospects; * Support sales closure and achievement of targets; * Update registrations and information in the system; * Support commercial actions and promotional campaigns of the unit. Requirements: * Completed high school education (higher education currently pursued or completed is preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial, proactive, and organized profile; * Aptitude for public interaction and target-oriented work; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and WhatsApp). Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in sales or customer service; * Experience working in educational institutions or vocational training programs. This position is for afternoon/evening shifts.
