RH Fibras seeks an HR Generalist professional to act both strategically and operationally, ensuring support for HR and Personnel Department processes, reinforcing organizational culture, and supporting company growth through cross-departmental integration.
We seek a candidate with a broad perspective on People & Management, execution capability, sense of priority, and ability to align HR routines with business objectives. This position is essential to ensure operational fluidity, support leadership in more tactical decisions, and consolidate consistent practices in labor compliance, organizational climate, internal marketing, human development, and employer branding.
**About the Opportunity**

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end HR processes, maintaining constant interface with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and operational leaders, thereby contributing to internal efficiency and building a more structured employee experience.
This role requires an organized, analytical, relational, and results-oriented profile, capable of handling both administrative routines and initiatives related to development and engagement.
**Main Responsibilities**

### **Human Resources**
* Lead and support recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through screening, interviews, and feedback.
* Support leaders in defining behavioral and technical profiles for operational, administrative, and strategic positions.
* Execute and monitor onboarding and integration processes, ensuring adherence to company culture and accelerating new employees’ adaptation curve.
* Support training and development initiatives, including needs assessment and monitoring of internal capacity-building programs.
* Participate in organizational climate, internal communication, engagement, and internal marketing projects.
* Contribute to employer branding strategies, reinforcing RH Fibras’ attractiveness in the market.
* Support the development and maintenance of HR policies, workflows, and practices aligned with the company’s growth phase.
### **Personnel Department**
* Support hiring and termination processes, ensuring timely execution, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance.
* Monitor and verify labor documentation and employee personnel files.
* Provide support in timekeeping, working hours, benefits administration, and monthly personnel movements.
* Interface with external partners and internal departments to submit payroll and benefits-related information.
* Support labor compliance maintenance, focusing on processes, records, and best control practices.
### **Internal Marketing, Culture, and Engagement**
* Support planning and execution of internal marketing actions focused on engagement, recognition, and employee integration.
* Develop, organize, and promote internal campaigns aligned with company culture and strategic goals.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop communications, institutional initiatives, and employer branding enhancement efforts.
* Support internal events, commemorative dates, motivational campaigns, and team appreciation activities.
* Contribute to improving the employee experience—from onboarding through ongoing climate and belonging initiatives.
* Monitor internal initiative participation and perception metrics, proposing improvements to increase engagement and reinforce organizational culture.
### **Business Interface**
* Act as a liaison point between HR and other company departments, promoting information integration and process alignment.
* Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing on incentive programs, internal communication, and culture reinforcement initiatives.
**Requirements**

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
* Theoretical knowledge of recruitment and selection, onboarding, internal marketing, organizational climate, and Personnel Department routines.
