Job Summary: The Commercial Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, handling data, managing CRMs, and identifying process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on efficiency and results for the commercial backoffice We are looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to join our team at Haytek Lentes Oftálmicas! As a backoffice assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and operational activities that directly support the sales team. **What you will do daily:** * Data handling and report/dashboard creation/maintenance. * Use of tools such as Power BI and Excel. * CRM management and tracking of commercial team expense reports. * Updating price tables and controlling minimum margins. * Identifying and implementing improvements in internal processes. Supporting commercial backoffice activities with a focus on efficiency and results. * **What we are looking for:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Practical CRM experience. * Power BI experience (basic level). * Looker Studio proficiency will be considered a plus. **Additional Information:** Work schedule: 5x2 \| Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. On-site work in São Cristóvão, RJ.
