




Job Summary: Customer service and sales professional responsible for prospecting, advising, and enrolling students, supporting commercial goals and promotional campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial, proactive, and organized profile Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and online (WhatsApp and social media) customer service; * Present courses, clarify doubts, and advise students on enrollment; * Track leads and perform follow\-up with interested prospects; * Support sales closure and target achievement; * Update registrations and information in the system; * Support unit-level commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns. Requirements: * Completed high school education (college education preferred, either ongoing or completed); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial, proactive, and organized profile; * Aptitude for public interaction and goal-oriented work; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and WhatsApp).
