We seek individuals who are committed, agile, and prepared to operate at the fast-paced rhythm of this sector. ### **Position – Logistics Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Receiving drivers upon completion of routes * Verifying and reconciling trip expenses * Uploading delivery proof documents into the system * Monitoring incidents occurring during routes * Promptly and practically addressing operational challenges * Serving as an interface with internal departments (internal customer service profile) * Managing spreadsheets and systems * Monitoring Lead Time (delivery deadlines) **Requirements:** * Experience in expense reconciliation (transportation/logistics) * Organized and agile profile * Familiarity with transportation systems and Excel ### **Position – Customer Service/Sales Support** **Responsibilities:** * Serving end customers * Monitoring deliveries * Handling incidents (failures, delays, issues) * Direct contact with customers for formal updates **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service (an advantage in the transportation sector) * Strong verbal fluency and clear communication * Calm, resilient profile with adaptability * Ability to handle constant pressure and demands * Quick reasoning and sound decision-making skills * Basic knowledge of systems and spreadsheets * Desired: Knowledge of transportation/logistics ### **Position – Logistics Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Managing and monitoring drivers, assistants, and contractors * Operational control of routes and deliveries * Direct support to operations (warehouse/factory floor/logistics) * Issuing documents (CT\-e, Delivery Note, Manifest, CIOT) * Proactive involvement to ensure timely delivery execution **Requirements:** * Dynamic, energetic, and proactive profile * Practical experience in transportation operations * Knowledge of routes and local geography * Experience working with external teams * Ability to work under constant pressure * Basic knowledge of transportation operational systems * Understanding of deadlines, traffic restrictions, and logistics routines * Operational leadership profile and persuasive ability Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Dental plan * Gympass * Health insurance * Life insurance * Commissions * Transportation allowance
