We seek a professional with strategic vision, leadership capability, and solid experience in maritime asset management. **Requirements** ### **What is essential for you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Sciences, Naval Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Relevant experience in vessel management; * Knowledge of applicable maritime legislation; * Experience in risk, cost, and schedule management; * Commitment to operational safety and environmental preservation; * Strong leadership and team management skills. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage the technical and operational performance of vessels under your responsibility; * Ensure compliance with maritime legislation and applicable international standards; * Monitor and control operational costs, budget, and schedules; * Proactively manage operational risks; * Ensure adherence to the company’s HSEQ standards; * Coordinate interfaces between vessels, crew, technical departments, and management; * Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions; * Support internal and external audits; * Ensure vessels operate with maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability. ### **Technical Skills** (Technical Skills) * Systemic understanding of maritime operations; * Analytical capability and decision-making; * Collaborative leadership; * Strategic planning and organization; * Strong results orientation with a focus on safety. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Ethical conduct and technical accountability; * Clear and assertive communication; * Ability to work under pressure; * Preventive mindset and focus on continuous improvement. ### **Location** Based in Rio de Janeiro or Macaé (as per operational requirements). ### **Who We Are** DOF is one of the leading providers of integrated maritime and subsea services for the global offshore energy market.
