Team support and inspection follow-up ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Develop and deliver onboarding training to raise employee awareness of occupational safety topics; Complete the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) form for newly hired employees and prepare Work Orders (OS); Analyze documents related to reported incidents under contracts and register Work Accident Reports (CAT); Compile monthly incident and training data from contracts to generate departmental performance indicators; Control and monitor occupational programs, tracking expiration dates via spreadsheets and computerized systems; Prepare PPP (Professional Previdentiary Profile), managing issuance and delivery of required documents; Check CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) stability and accident records in computerized systems for dismissal requests, and inform operational and HR departments; Assess area-specific material and supply needs and submit procurement requests through computerized systems; Organize and archive documents related to occupational safety; Support occupational safety technicians conducting inspections at contract sites; Manage measurement equipment—storage, lending, calibration certificate validity tracking, and renewal when necessary; Attend and support monthly CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade meetings; Control invoices and enter them into the system for payment (QSMS suppliers); Visit contract sites as needed to conduct training and safety inspections; Participate in and support the annual SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention) at the office; Prepare documents for regulatory inspections, audits, and the Legal Department; Participate in implementations as required; Monitor fire-fighting equipment at the office and request recharging when necessary; Enter data into the computerized system for the PGR (Risk Management Program), incidents, CIPA processes, and stability records; Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed technical high school diploma (Occupational Safety Technician). DESIRED: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year in the field.
