Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects; managing the product backlog and roadmap; and serving as the liaison between stakeholders and teams—ensuring alignment with business objectives. Prioritization of features to maximize product value The role entails leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, as well as managing the product support backlog and roadmap aligned with the product vision. Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, customers, and the development team, this professional ensures that the project/product remains aligned with business goals and customer needs. They lead both the cross-functional project team—including stakeholders and customers—and the development team, prioritizing features to maximize product value. * **Definition and Communication of Product Vision:** Establish a clear product vision and communicate it to the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. * **Backlog and Roadmap Management with Feature Prioritization:** Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, defining features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs. * **Project Planning and Execution:** Develop schedules, allocate resources, and create detailed plans to ensure project execution within scope, timeline, and budget. * **Stakeholder Management and Customer Alignment:** Maintain clear and continuous communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure expectations and requirements are understood and met. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure all members align with project and product objectives. * **Progress and Quality Monitoring:** Track project progress and product development, identifying and resolving obstacles to maintain delivery quality and value. * **Definition of Acceptance Criteria:** Define acceptance criteria for product features, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives. * **Risk and Contingency Management:** Identify, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and product development, implementing contingency plans when necessary. * **Data-Driven Analysis and Improvement:** Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to guide decisions and implement improvements to the product and project processes. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare status reports, KPIs, and milestone updates for senior management and stakeholders, providing transparency on project progress and product evolution.
