We understand that only this way can we continue growing, generating opportunities for everyone, and contributing to a safe transition of Brazil's energy matrix toward a low-carbon economy. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Maintain updates to Operational Safety Documents (Correlation Matrix – MC and Land-Based Unit Documentation – DUT); * Manage the Process Safety Risk Study process for facilities; * Manage recommendations from Process Safety Risk Studies; * Promote updates to the Electronic Document Management System and ensure data quality within the system; * Support Change Management processes. * Create and monitor reactive and proactive performance indicators. Develop and prepare statistical reports for tracking Change Management, Incident/Accident Management, and Non-Conformance Management systems; * Update, develop, and implement Operational Management System documents, including manuals, plans, and procedures; * Develop the annual internal audit plan based on risk; * Accompany regulatory agency audits, responding to questions regarding the company’s Operational Management System; * Manage compliance with local regulatory requirements and international best practices; * Coordinate execution of facility risk studies and implementation of actions arising from these studies. * Develop and implement critical element verification processes; * Train teams on risk perception, risk studies, and best operational practices to mitigate deviations; * Embed Process Safety Management concepts within operations and maintenance teams; * Collaborate with operational areas to identify improvement opportunities in process safety; * Lead investigations of incidents and accidents related to process safety; * Manage contracts and contractors associated with process safety tasks; * Monitor construction and service execution regarding adoption of process safety measures; * Participate in specifications for procurement of substances and equipment whose handling, storage, transportation, or operation may impact process safety. \#LI\-BF1 **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering * CREA – Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy; Knowledge of ANP Operational Safety Regulations; Knowledge of loss control tools; Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; Process Safety Training * Planning and Organization * Strong interpersonal skills * Proficiency with Risk Analysis Tools (HAZOP, LOPA, Bowtie). **Additional Information** **Employment Type and Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday – Administrative Schedule** Benefits offered: * Medical assistance for the employee and dependents; * Dental assistance for the employee and dependents; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher / Food voucher – here, employees choose how to allocate the value between each modality! * Wellhub; * Variable compensation program (PLR); We are among the leading independent companies operating in Brazil’s onshore sector.
