**Responsibilities and Duties**
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing or participating in the development of the occupational risk inventory;
* Monitoring the implementation and execution of the Risk Management Program (PGR);
* Implementing preventive measures according to risk classification and the established hierarchy of controls;
* Developing work plans and monitoring SST goals, indicators, and outcomes;
* Providing technical guidance on compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Collaborating with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), where applicable, to integrate safety initiatives;
* Conducting training sessions, guidance, and awareness campaigns on occupational safety and health;
* Identifying serious and imminent hazards, proposing activity suspension when necessary;
* Leading or participating in investigations of occupational accidents and diseases;
* Sharing relevant accident prevention information with involved departments;
* Supporting and monitoring actions under the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO);
* Conducting safety inspections in production and administrative areas;
* Managing and advising on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE);
* Assisting in drafting and reviewing internal procedures related to occupational safety;
* Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal/external audits;
* Recording, managing, and tracking non-conformities and corrective actions related to Occupational Safety and Health.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Essential qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Occupational Safety;
* Clear and assertive communication skills (ability to guide others without causing conflict);
* Proactive attitude (anticipating risks);
* Strong sense of responsibility and ethics;
* Ability to influence people and engage teams.
Preferred qualifications (advantageous):
* Continuous updates on labor legislation (e.g., Ministry of Labor and Employment);
* Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Experience in risk analysis and accident investigation;
* Proficiency in documents such as PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, and LTCAT;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets;
* Familiarity with AI-powered platforms.
