




Description: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Medicine * Specialization in Occupational Medicine, registered with the Regional Medical Council (RQE). * Solid knowledge of occupational medicine legislation, with emphasis on the Ministry of Labor's Regulatory Standards (NRs), guidelines from the Federal and Regional Medical Councils, ANAMT, and the Ministry of Health. * Proficiency in occupational health management techniques aligned with the company's Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), focusing on risk prevention and employee health promotion. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety management platforms and software for recording, analyzing, and monitoring occupational data. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 13:00–17:00, totaling 20 weekly hours. Your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting occupational and clinical medical examinations based on workplace risks. * Responding to medical emergencies and making appropriate referrals. * Collaborating with the occupational nursing team to promote health and safety. * Assessing occupational accidents and diseases and issuing technical opinions. * Monitoring injured employees, including in hospital settings. * Analyzing workstations to identify and mitigate health risks. * Preparing reports and expert opinions regarding accidents, occupational diseases, and hazardous working conditions. * Providing first aid and organizing patient transfers in severe cases. * Implementing health initiatives based on epidemiological data. * Participating in medical audits and occupational health management. 251213020220118006
