




**Summary** The Project Management Leader is responsible for delivering assigned projects under their management, controlling contribution margin, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the management of project activities, resources, and respective stakeholders. They must seek practical and innovative ways to achieve departmental objectives while adhering to company rules and procedures. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the Project Management team to identify issues and demands arising from ITO, map gaps, and work jointly with the ITO team to mitigate them, ensuring consistency in proposals to customers. * Review proposal Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) to ensure compliance with applicable Baker Hughes policies and procedures. * During the Proposal phase, collaborate with the ITO and Sourcing teams in developing the Budget to clarify any assumptions and constraints. * Define viable strategies for project execution aligned with the scope defined during the Proposal phase. * Work with the Risk Management team and other relevant functions to identify and mitigate risks identified during the proposal phase, as well as those emerging during execution. * Identify potential communication failures and take action to eliminate them. Review lessons learned from other projects and maintain records of the current project for future proposals and executions. * Monitor project costs and their respective impacts on profit margin; ensure planned cash flow; and address with customers any payment-related matters concerning projects. * Ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) values, as expressed in company policies, are practiced by employees, suppliers, and third parties through identification, monitoring, and control of significant environmental impacts and occupational risks—based on attitude, leadership, training, and commitment. * Comply with company policies and procedures related to quality and our operations. * Report any non-conformities, concerns, or risk situations related to product/process/service. * Commit to achieving quality objectives and pursue continuous improvement of product/process/service. **Required Qualifications** Education: * Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized university * Preferred: MBA in Project Management Experience: * Required: 1–3 years of project management experience * Preferred: Experience in oil & gas project management, especially involving equipment and service delivery in the Subsea domain.
