We have visionary leadership, a collaborative team, and an excellent organizational climate. **Join us \#BeHappy at Every Cybersecurity!** **Information Privacy Analyst** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the development of Every’s customer privacy programs, focusing on implementation of applicable legislation (LGPD, GDPR), as well as drafting, updating, and monitoring privacy documentation; * Review and negotiate contracts from a privacy and data protection perspective; * Provide support to internal departments and customers on privacy and data protection matters; * Support the development of new privacy products and methodologies from inception, including proposing continuous improvements; * Create, develop, implement, and maintain policies and processes ensuring consistent, compliant practices; * Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments to identify and mitigate risks; * Design and implement tools and standards to support DPOs and legal specialists; * Support monitoring, investigation, and reporting of security incidents and data breaches, as well as management of complaints and regulatory authority requests; * Propose and lead activities on key data protection and privacy dates and events; * Develop and deliver ongoing privacy training for employees and customers; * Conduct periodic risk and compliance assessments, including mitigation and remediation plans. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid knowledge of privacy and data protection, especially LGPD and GDPR; * Experience in compliance projects and consulting in privacy and data protection (minimum 2 years preferred); * Certification in privacy (PDPE, DPO, or IAPP) is considered a plus; * Organizational skills, discipline, and ability to manage priorities; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with objectivity and pragmatism; * Ability to build collaborative relationships and work in a consultative manner.
