




The Engineering Analyst (Planning) is responsible for conducting strategic analyses and planning within the engineering area, aiming to optimize processes and resources. This professional operates at a senior level, with expertise in project development and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Research global references (PMBOK, agile methodologies) to develop and enhance the FullTec Methodology. * Support the creation and dissemination of guidelines, checklists, and supporting materials to standardize planning and construction progress monitoring. * Participate in internal training sessions to promote the methodology, collecting feedback from teams. * Periodically receive and input construction project data (physical progress, resource consumption, hours worked) into systems, ensuring **accuracy and standardization** of controls. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as schedules, costs, and risks, and report deviations to management. * Perform **schedule updates** and document revisions in project management software (MS Project or similar). * Prepare and assist in developing reports, dashboards, and status presentations for construction teams and senior management. * Create simple visualizations (charts, tables) to illustrate project progress, bottlenecks, and decision-making needs. * Provide methodological support to construction teams, reinforcing standardized use of procedures and templates. * Consolidate documents, meeting minutes, and risk logs, organizing and centralizing them in digital repositories. * Support structuring procurement requests and technical specifications for construction inputs, in collaboration with construction teams.
