Our culture is built on respect, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Apprentice Youth will assist with routine tasks in their assigned department, always under the guidance and supervision of the team. Activities may include: Customer service support; Product organization and restocking on shelves; Administrative task support; Maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Youth aged 14 to 24, currently enrolled and attending school (or who have already completed high school); Willingness to learn and grow professionally; Commitment, punctuality, and good communication skills. **Additional Information** Workload: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Apprenticeship contract in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law (Law No. 10.097/2000); Ongoing mentoring and training; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Opportunity for permanent employment.
