We believe diversity is an essential value and ensure equal opportunities for all qualified candidates, respecting differences and fostering an inclusive environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Field team leader responsible for GPON network deployment and/or maintenance, including optical cable laying, pole adaptation, and construction and installation of enclosures. **Key Activities:** * Aerial or underground optical cable laying * Replacing, deploying, or equipping poles (e.g., installing clamps and insulators), cable routing, and maintenance of aerial and underground cables * Submitting daily activity reports * Interpreting project documents and assigning tasks to the team * Leading the field team to achieve defined targets * Managing team members' schedules and performance **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Minimum completed high school diploma or technical course in electronics, telecommunications, IT, or related fields. **Required Experience:** * Experience leading field teams for cable laying and pole adaptation * Hands-on experience in aerial and underground GPON optical network construction * Knowledge of field construction safety procedures (referencing NR-10 and NR-35) and use of PPE * Experience preparing construction diaries * Experience measuring construction output * Knowledge of optical project analysis * Familiarity with verification of miscellaneous materials used in optical network construction * Knowledge of underground enclosure construction * Proficiency in Excel and Word * Valid driver's license * São João de Meriti/RJ **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Medical assistance Dental assistance Childcare allowance Profit-sharing program Life insurance Meal voucher Food voucher Transportation voucher **WeService** is a Brazilian **IT and telecommunications services company**, founded in **2019**, headquartered in **Barueri (SP)**.
