Job Description We are seeking a **Technical Responsible Pharmacist (TR)** to serve as the TR at Farmagis, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical excellence, and safe operational implementation. At this initial stage of the company, the professional will play an essential role in **structuring technical operations**, directly supporting the pharmacy’s launch and organizational setup. Main Responsibilities Technical and Regulatory Responsibility * Serve as the **Technical Responsible (TR)** before regulatory bodies (CRF, Health Surveillance, and other competent authorities) * Ensure adherence to Good Compounding Practices and applicable legislation * Develop, implement, and maintain **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** * Guarantee appropriate storage and traceability of substances and products * Supervise technical and operational processes * Ensure quality control and process safety Implementation-related Activities (Initial Phase) * Support equipment receipt and qualification * Participate in the initial setup of the technical inventory * Assist in structuring operational and technical workflows * Contribute to spatial organization and routine establishment * Accompany Health Surveillance inspections and requirements * Train the technical team (compounding and Good Practices) * Support hands-on compounding activities during the initial months of operation * **Important:** During the first quarter of operation, this position requires broader involvement and hands-on engagement beyond traditional responsibilities due to the company’s implementation phase.
