Focus on improving organizational climate and resolving pending issues. **Administrative Supervisor (PJ)** **Mission**: Lead administrative processes, being responsible for assigning staff to construction sites and monitoring and overseeing the development of administrative, accounting, and operational activities within the assigned department. **Experience**: * Experience as an Administrative Supervisor or Administrative Assistant in construction projects (personnel, accounting, and finance departments). * Participation in projects within logistics and industrial sectors is a plus. **Job Description** **Responsibilities**: * Inform, request, and facilitate hiring and termination of field personnel through third-party labor outsourcing companies. * Recruit, select, and hire PJ (individual contractor) employees. * Calculate worked hours, benefits, and other required information for payroll preparation. * Resolve employee queries regarding payroll and benefits. * Promote improvements in organizational climate and employee well-being (e.g., monthly birthdays, commemorative dates, goal achievement, etc.). * Ensure accommodation, transportation, and meals for stationed teams. * Guarantee submission of basic legal documentation for third parties, including monthly contribution payment slips. * Manage site petty cash (execute expenses, collect receipts, and prepare expense reports). * Authorize client payments (issuance of AFP). * Prepare construction cost control records (DC). * Monitor any documentation processes required for construction execution. * Ensure drafting of various contracts necessary for smooth project progress. * Support and coordinate with the accounting office to maintain full compliance of all documentation. * Formalize service contracts and material procurement (issuance of AS). * Resolve contractual/financial/fiscal pending issues. **Competencies**: * Logical reasoning * Trustworthiness * Effective communication and leadership * Planning and organizational skills * Accountability * Innovation-driven problem solving * Ownership mindset * **Education**: * Degree in Business Administration or related fields * Postgraduate studies or extension courses are advantageous * Accounting knowledge is advantageous * Advanced Excel proficiency Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
