Employment Type: CLT – Permanent **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support document digitization, organization of files, and internal controls. * Update spreadsheets and reports; * Provide telephone and email customer service; * Assist in executing activities related to the department to which assigned; * Perform other related administrative tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Completed high school** (technical course in related fields preferred); * Proven prior experience in administrative or operational routines; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word); * Willingness to learn and develop professionally; * Excellent oral and written communication; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines; * Proactivity and attention to detail. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Prior experience working at a vehicle dealership.
