We seek a Senior Application Architect to join the innovation team, responsible for designing and evolving technology architectures for digital products, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. This professional will be involved in the technical conception of scalable solutions, system integration, and development of MVPs and digital platforms — bridging technology, business strategy, and innovation. An inclusive, diverse, and respectful workplace that values different perspectives, experiences, and career paths. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and evolve system and application architectures for the company’s digital solutions and strategic platforms. * Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures, considering integration among corporate systems, APIs, microservices, and external platforms. * Participate in the technical conception of new digital products, from ideation and MVP through evolution and scalability. * Lead the definition of technological standards, architectural best practices, and integration within innovation initiatives. * Collaborate with business areas, development teams, technology partners, and startups to translate strategic challenges into viable technological solutions. * Support the development of proofs of concept (PoCs), pilots, and technological experiments. * Support the construction and calculation of BC (Business Case) for PoC acceleration. * Ensure technical governance and architectural alignment with the company’s system ecosystem. * Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms supporting innovation initiatives. * Contribute to process digitization and creation of new digital products using agile approaches, low\-code/no\-code, and automation where applicable. * Promote a culture of technological innovation across the organization, linking architecture, strategy, and value generation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience in application and corporate system architecture. * Knowledge of modern software architectures, including microservices, APIs, cloud computing, and system integration. * Experience integrating platforms, developing digital solutions, and scaling systems. * Ability to translate business needs into structured technological solutions. * Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, and external partners. * Strong communication skills, autonomy, and ability to operate effectively in complex, multidisciplinary environments. ***PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** * Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience in corporate innovation, MVP development, and technological experimentation. * Experience with low\-code/no\-code platforms and process automation. * Knowledge of event-driven architecture, API-based integrations, and integration platforms. * Experience in digital transformation projects or development of new digital products. * Experience integrating with startups, technology partners, or innovation ecosystems. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. **Additional Information** **And more — check out our benefits package:** * Health and Dental Plan — Bradesco — extendable to dependents * PAE \- Financial assistance for dependent children and/or stepchildren with intellectual disabilities * Pharmacy Benefit — Discounts of up to 85% * Supplementary Pension — FlexPrev Plan \- ranging from 1% to 11%, based on salary * Life Insurance — provided to all employees starting on their hire date, at no cost * Extended Leave — Maternity leave (total of 180 days) and Paternity leave (total of 20 days) * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher — Caju Benefícios * Educational Assistance \- For dependents up to high school level * TotalPass * Solar Subscription \- Opportunity to receive special discounts on electricity bills through enrollment in a distributed generation plan * Smiles Corporate Club \- Up to 50% discount on Smiles plans for travel planning.
