




Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, classifying, and archiving documents, ensuring the maintenance and control of both physical and digital files. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and efficiency in organization Responsibilities: * Organize, classify, and archive physical and digital documents. * Control document intake, dispatch, and return. * Perform document scanning, indexing, and updating of files in the internal system. * Maintain physical files in order, ensuring easy document retrieval. * Assist in interdepartmental sending and receiving of documents. * Conduct verification, sorting, and organization of medical records, folders, and forms. * Support administrative processes related to filing and documentation.
