Job Summary: Universidade Iguaçu (UNIG) is seeking an organized and passionate Archivist to manage, classify, appraise, and preserve physical and digital documents. Key Highlights: 1. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about document management, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize, classify, appraise, and preserve the institution's physical and digital documents; * Implement and maintain archival management systems (SIGAD); * Develop and apply classification plans and retention schedules; * Support document digitization and digital preservation; * Ensure compliance with archival standards, the LGPD, and CONARQ guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Archival Science**; * Knowledge of archival legislation, document management, and digital management; * Experience with software such as AtoM or Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is desirable.
