Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Availability for Vacation Coverage (30 days); Residence in Botafogo or adjacent neighborhoods; Deliver warm and proactive service to ensure excellence in reception services for customers and visitors in both Portuguese and English, providing information, directing people, and managing calls and correspondence; Handle various scheduling tasks, answer phone calls, organize information, and perform administrative support duties, ensuring fluid communication in both Portuguese and English; Maintain an organized reception area; Support visits, meetings, and events with foreign participants; Digitize, register, and archive administrative documents; and other duties relevant to the position. * Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; interview will be conducted in English; * Excellent communication and customer service skills; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; * Emotional intelligence; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
