Joining Brazil's largest mental health network Provide human-centered and excellent customer-focused service, acting with agility, delivering reliable information, and following established procedures to ensure a positive customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and provide support services to clients and patients; * Welcome client requests via in-person visits, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp; * Maintain organization within the assigned department; * Guide clients according to institutional protocols to ensure satisfactory information flow; * Register and maintain data accurately in our software systems and Excel spreadsheets; * Complete required documents correctly to proceed with client service; * Open outpatient medical records; * Register clients and companions; * Notify nursing staff upon patient arrival; * Answer phone calls to schedule appointments; * Organize service delivery processes; * Direct clients to appropriate services; * Contact health insurance providers by phone; * Receive patients, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate location or person; * Verify bed availability; * Communicate with health insurance providers to authorize inpatient stay days; * Request inpatient admission and transfer services; * Cross-check interface reports with nursing and reception; * Print reports; * Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in the hospital sector is preferred; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; **Additional Information** Founded in 2022, ViV emerged from the collaboration of leading **mental health** institutions, aiming to build an integrated care network spanning **low to high complexity**.
