We seek a proactive and organized individual experienced in public interaction. This is a full-time position, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., involving answering phone calls, greeting customers, and performing administrative tasks such as scheduling exams. On-site presence is required. Qualifications Telephone and Customer Service: Candidates must demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Receptionist Duties: Experience in customer reception and managing visitor flow is essential. Clerical Skills: Basic administrative skills are required, including document organization and proficiency with office software. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are vital to ensure productive interactions between customers and staff. Education in related fields and computer literacy are considered advantageous.
