Development of operational standards and a high-performance culture **Corporate Food and Beverage Supervisor** We seek a professional with strong strategic vision and execution capability to lead, at the corporate level, Food and Beverage operations across units, serving as both technical and managerial reference for the business. This role requires cross-functional involvement and a high degree of responsibility, directing outcomes, ensuring standardization, and driving financial and operational performance across units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the corporate Food and Beverage strategy, ensuring alignment between units and company objectives; * Manage and monitor key performance indicators (revenue, margin, COGS, productivity, and customer satisfaction), with focus on results maximization; * Directly participate in decision-making regarding menus, pricing, product mix, and commercial positioning; * Develop and implement operational standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all units; * Lead, develop, and influence local F&B leaders, reinforcing a high-performance culture; * Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and revenue growth; * Conduct audits, operational reviews, and structured action plans; * Collaborate with strategic departments (Finance & Control, Procurement, Marketing, and HR) to ensure synergy and execution of corporate plans; * Support expansion projects, new openings, and operational repositioning. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Food and Beverage leadership; * Strong command of financial metrics and cost management; * Experience managing multiple units or within a corporate structure; * Analytical profile, results-oriented, with strong decision-making ability; * Influential leadership, with skills to develop teams and drive change; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or food service operations;
