Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Barra Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE Barra) – Ayrton Senna Avenue, 1791 – Barra – Rio de Janeiro – RJ.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist welders in welding activities; * Prepare and transport materials and equipment; perform minor welds under the welder’s supervision; keep the work area clean and organized, following the welder’s instructions; * Assist in preparing welding materials and equipment—such as electrodes, gases, and machines—and transport them to the worksite; * Assist in welding to perform minor welds under the welder’s supervision; * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring materials and equipment remain in good condition; * Comply with safety rules and procedures, using required personal protective equipment (PPEs) and identifying potential hazards; * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment; perform minor repairs; and carry out other tasks supporting the welding team’s smooth operation; * Strictly adhere to sustainability, occupational safety, and workplace organization standards; * Operate company vehicles to perform external tasks, reporting any incidents while ensuring traffic safety, compliance with established traffic regulations, and proper vehicle maintenance; * Conduct visual weld inspections and perform necessary repairs, as well as carry out other related and inherent duties; * Follow internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, in pursuit of continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Welding technician qualification preferred; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and actively foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
