Management of product expiration dates and item turnover Stock Clerk \- Pick goods and products by roll, container, and pallet. • Monitor product expiration dates. • Route goods to stores according to the system upon request. • Request products from the logistics assistant. * Monitor the dwell time of goods in inventory. • Pick and dispatch products for replenishment at the POS (point of sale). • Organize and designate storage areas by product type. • Monitor high-turnover and low-turnover goods. * Unload products at the dock.
