In-store customer service Job Description: * Receive, handle, and sort goods by code and reference; after completion of this process, move the cargo into inventory. * Knowledge of or experience with barcode scanners. * Sort products within the warehouse. * Maintain inventory and warehouse organization and cleanliness. * Knowledge of and ability to identify products by code, batch number, expiration date, and damage. * Perform picking throughout the warehouse to locate and retrieve correct products from shelves for order sorting, verification, and shipment. * Loading and unloading of cargo. * Conduct manual inventory counts based on itemized lists. * Reverse logistics: monitor returns and cancellations of products issued via bonus invoices; sort and return materials to the original picking location. * Labeling and release of orders and invoices (NF) for Marketplace, Correios, Website, and Telesales. * Pack verified items, affix labels, and direct them to the appropriate shipping route.
