Strategic involvement with a results-oriented vision and decision-making Manage and coordinate all factory operations, ensuring production processes are carried out with quality, efficiency, safety, on-time delivery, and cost control, aligned with the company's strategic goals. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and control industrial production activities; * Ensure adherence to the production plan, delivery deadlines, and quality standards; * Manage operational teams, promoting development, engagement, and operational discipline; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, losses, rework, costs); * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality regulations; * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance processes; * Drive continuous improvement of production processes (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, standardization); * Control operational costs and propose optimization initiatives; * Collaborate with PCP, logistics, procurement, and quality departments; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. **4\. Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production, or related fields; * Proven experience in factory or industrial production management; * Knowledge of production processes, industrial KPIs, and cost control; * Experience leading operational teams; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. **5\.
