Summary: This role supports vendor tooling, CAPEX, budgeting, payment workflows, production floor coordination, and purchasing systems and contract management. Highlights: 1. Supports crucial vendor tooling and CAPEX processes 2. Engages in detailed budget control and payment workflow coordination 3. Utilizes strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Job Description:** * **Vendor Tooling and CAPEX (Investment \& Divestment):** Support budgeting, approval flows, and tracking of tooling and CAPEX processes, including investment and divestment activities. * **Tooling Budget Control:** Maintain detailed managing of the tooling budget, ensuring proper allocation, monitoring and reporting. * **Tooling Payment Workflow:** Coordinate the complete payment workflow for vendor tooling, from request and documentation to approval and final processing. * **Floor Coordination:** Daily operational activities on the production floor, ensuring workflow efficiency and alignment with established processes. * **Systems:** Support buyers on all purchasing systems (SAP, G2B, GTOP) including interface with related areas (R\&D, SCM, etc). * **Contract Management**: Support and monitor Purchasing contract activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Excellent interpersonal relations. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills and conflict resolution skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize task. **Software Knowledge:** * MS Office (Excel \+ Power Point Mandatory). * Knowledge of SharePoint, Power\-BI will be considered a plus. * Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP. **Experience:** * Experience in purchasing or related supply chain functions. **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, Engineering, others) **Languages:** * Advanced English * Spanish will be considered a plus **Workstation:** * NBA \- Resende, RJ; **Work type:** * Hybrid (4x1\) **Travel:** * Availability according to the sector's needs **STRONG CANDIDATE MAPPED FOR THIS POSITION** Nissan hires based on the candidate's alignment with the job profile, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, race, color, language, religion, political or other opinions, national or social origin, economic status, birth, or any other condition.
