Control of procurement documentation and uniform inventory **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Intern for the Procurement Department** to support the company's administrative routines. This professional will provide direct support to the team, assisting with the following activities: **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with domestic suppliers. * Finalize service contracts (maintenance, third-party service providers). * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Monitor the process until delivery or service completion. * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. * Update supplier registration records. * Control procurement and service-related documentation and invoices. Uniform Inventory Control * Track uniform inflow and outflow. * Request replenishment when necessary. **Requirements:** · Currently enrolled in Administration, Financial Management, or related fields. · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. * Basic knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets, simple formulas, data organization). * Good writing and communication skills for supplier interactions.
