Management of accounts payable/receivable and issuance of invoices ### **JOB: FINANCIAL ASSISTANT** Location: Taquara/RJ Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM * Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 3.000,00 About the Position We are looking, on behalf of a partner company, for a Financial Assistant to manage and monitor financial routines, ensuring the company's financial health and providing direct support to manufacturing operations. This professional will play a key role in cash flow management, billing, and organization of financial information. Main Responsibilities * Monitor financial inflows and outflows, performing bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including proactive client and project collections * Issue invoices for products and services, ensuring correct application of taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS) * Prepare monthly management reports and delinquency indicators * Organize documents and support external accounting, ensuring tax compliance Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management * Prior experience as a Financial Assistant * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Experience with ERP systems (financial modules) * Basic knowledge of industrial taxation Expected Behavioral Profile Organization and discipline in information management Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies Proactivity to anticipate problems and propose improvements Clear and objective communication Ethical conduct and attention to confidential information * Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Power BI Background or interest in Controllership Benefits * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit Sharing (PLR) tied to pre\-established goals Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
