**Job Description:** Grupo Seres, in partnership with a national company in the Sanitation sector, is seeking a professional to work as Commercial Analyst I. **Responsibilities:** **Job Responsibilities:** * Analyze and ensure quality standards, deadlines, targets, costs, and customer satisfaction; * Analyze and automate commercial and operational reports; * Support other teams (internal and external) by providing information, replenishment, and control of materials and equipment to improve productivity during their work shifts. * Perform activities related to issuance, scheduling, allocation, and monitoring of departmental services (e.g., meter reading, inspections, prospecting, and customer recovery), using systems and preparing documents, reports, and indicators; * Prepare presentations and materials for committees and meetings with senior management; * Identify deviations and improvement opportunities, generating data for decision-making and updating registration databases, ensuring standardization and information quality; * Fill out, analyze, present, and monitor performance and results of services, processes, indicators, and departmental projects. **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** MON–THU 08:00–18:00; FRI 08:00–17:00 **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** Campo Grande, RJ. We encourage applications from PCD, Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ candidates. **Requirements:** **Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization; * Knowledge of commercial processes and negotiation is desirable; * Analytical skills; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Experience with QGIS and QField software
