The professional will be responsible for conducting cost analyses and estimations in engineering projects, ensuring the financial viability of construction works. Responsibilities: * Analyze engineering projects and prepare detailed cost estimates * Monitor construction progress and adjust cost estimates as necessary * Prepare cost reports and present results to the management team * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and propose efficient solutions Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in civil construction cost estimation * Negotiation and client relationship skills * Proficiency in project and cost management software * Advanced Excel knowledge * Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented focus * Excellent communication and negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications: * Basic understanding of structural design and civil construction projects. * Familiarity with other civil engineering software tools, such as ERP Sienge. * Willingness to travel.
