We care for our employees so that this care extends to the population we serve. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in operational alignment meetings within the Regulation Center, with other departments and accredited providers; * Coordinate the technical team of the Regulation Center and facilitate resolution of operational issues based on regulatory knowledge; * Coordinate the administrative team of the Regulation Center and facilitate resolution of operational issues based on regulatory knowledge; * Monitor and manage operational indicators according to planning; plan team training and retraining jointly with the Quality Cell, aiming at the team’s technical development; * Plan team training and retraining jointly with the Quality Cell, aiming at the team’s technical development; * Provide feedback to team members under your supervision: technical and administrative staff (overall performance, behavioral assessment). **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine; * Completed specialization, postgraduate program, or medical residency; * Minimum five years of professional experience in the medical field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Availability to work fully onsite, Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
