Join us to BE PART OF THIS STORY! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Opportunity:** As a **Commercial Analyst** at Soul Malls, you will: * Analyze materials for internal committees and developers. * Monitor proposals approved by the committee to finalize them with Legal. * Contact clients to collect contract signatures. * Review client requests regarding contract clauses, providing feasibility assessments and seeking internal approvals. * Coordinate with the Operations team on contract signing, lease space processing, and space and construction handover to ensure timely inauguration and proper store operation. * Validate the month\-prior commercialization rate for contracts, terminations, and inaugurations to process commission payments to commercial executives. * Ensure contracts are validated and entered into the system prior to their official activation by Back Office. * Conduct contract renewals using the database, scheduling meetings to advance negotiations through to final signature, resolving any process changes with approvers. * Visit tenants to understand their needs and improve their performance within the shopping center. * Periodically present issues—such as legal matters, new contracts, departures, etc.—in internal committees (Commercial, Marketing, Operations Managers, and Superintendence) to define necessary actions for progress. * Support annual budget preparation for the area by providing required information. * Prepare materials for RGD (General Performance Meeting) and RGI (General Indicators Meeting). * Analyze and consolidate cash flow. * Monitor shopping center guarantees, collecting required documentation from tenants. * Perform other duties compatible with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirement(s):** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Technical Requirement(s):** * Prior experience in the field. * Knowledge of retail and shopping center markets. * Experience in commercial negotiations and proposals. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * ****Analytical ability. * Negotiation skills. * Problem\-solving skills. * Sense of urgency. * Initiative. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT; **Work Mode:** On\-site; **Working Hours and Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Our Benefits:** In addition to working at a continuously growing company focused on empowering talent, here you’ll also enjoy: Meal and/or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Health and Dental Insurance; Birthday Day\-off to celebrate; Life Insurance. **Want to learn more?
