Job Description* Prepare desserts and various types of sweets from the menu, according to received demands. * Assemble individual desserts, buffets, trays, etc., and manage distribution to consumption areas. * Develop cost and preparation technical sheets for new desserts, under guidance. * Requisition necessary raw materials for dessert preparation, specifying products and quantities, and submit requisitions for approval. * Fully comply with food safety good practices. * Perform other related duties as required by the department.
